Jumbo Burn Instructions
- First burn: Allow the candle to burn until the entire top turns into a hot wax pool, all the way to the edges. This prevents tunneling and protects your jar for future refills.
- Only burn your Jumbo for approximately 4–6 hours at a time. Never let the entire candle turn to a hot wax pool — this causes wicks to fall over and can compromise your jar.
- Trim wicks to 1/4″–1/2″ before every burn. We sell wick trimmers sized perfectly for this.
- Do not set your jar on a warm surface (like a stove). This melts wax unevenly and can dislodge wicks.
- Do not use the lid to extinguish. Use a wick dipper. If you blow it out, let the candle cool completely before replacing the lid.
- Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
- Avoid quick changes in temperature.
Improper care resulting in glass cracking or a burnt lid makes the jar ineligible for refill. Please burn responsibly!

When you light a Blended candle, you’re not just burning wax—you’re creating an experience that’s safe, memorable, and oh-so-cozy.
A simple rule of thumb: the burn time is roughly double the ounces of your candle.
- Smalls (8 oz): About 16–20 hours—perfect for testing scents or gifting.
- Gold Jars (16 oz): Around 40+ hours—your cozy, everyday burn. These jars release heat away from the jar and last much longer than typical glass.
- Jumbo 44 oz Candles: 80–100+ hours—designed for big spaces and long-lasting ambiance.
To get the longest, cleanest burn, follow the instructions included with every candle:
- Trim your wick to ¼" before each burn.
- Let the first burn create a full melt pool to prevent tunneling.
- Avoid burning for more than 4-6 hours at a time for a safe, even burn.
